TOPIC:  Error message “TO does not exist”

INFORMATION:

if you have entered a correct transfer order (TO) number, open the TO monitor and check, if the transfer order can be found. If the TO status is either ‘ready’ or ‘interrupted’, check the status of the TO items. If the TO or the TO item you want to process has a different status, you will have to change to status.
if you cannot find the TO in the TO monitor, please check in your SAP system, if the TO is available and is still ready for processing. Make sure, it has the ‘item to subsystem’ flag turned. If it does not, please contact your SAP team to fix the configuration.
